- Includes guided instructions and a 10–15 minute meditation practice.
- Q&A session
Qigong (Energy Movement)
- Explore Qigong, an ancient Chinese practice for cultivating energy and harmony.
- Gain practical instruction and participate in a guided Qigong practice session.
- This form of energy movement can be practiced by anyone with any type of physical challenge, standing, sitting, or laying down.
Question and Answer Period
12:00 PM – 1:00 PM: Lunch Break
Enjoy a light lunch of soup and salad.
Afternoon Schedule – 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM (Breaks included)
Processing Difficult Emotions
- Discover effective techniques for understanding and managing challenging emotions.
- Includes mindfulness practices to foster emotional resilience and balance.
Meditation Deep Dive
- A repeat of the morning segment with fresh insights and additional time for meditation practice.
Qigong Revisited
- Build on the morning’s practice with a deeper dive into Qigong techniques and applications
Participants should dress in loose comfortable clothing.
